• I ship from California, USA
When are Orders Shipped & Tracking:
• Orders are shipped within 1-5 days after placing the order, not counting holidays.
• You'll receive an email notification with the tracking number once the order has been packaged and shipped.
• International orders may be subjected to VAT and import taxes depending on your country. If applicable, you may be asked to pay these upon import.
How long will my order take to arrive once shipped?
USA Orders: 5 to 14 days.
International Orders: 7 days to 3 months.
Tracking is provided in the US, once the package arrives to your country, it may not be trackable.
*If you'd like to ensure a package arrives by a certain date, don't hesitate to get in touch with me for expedited shipping costs or DHL Tracking.
Returns & Refunds:
• If your order arrived damaged, please email me your name and order number plus images of the damage. Once I get these I'll be able to issue you a replacement or refund.
• Only damaged orders apply for a refund, all other sales once placed are final.
• For returned International orders:
Customer is responsible for shipping if order was not picked up and the package was sent back to me.
• If a mistake was made when typing your address, please contact me right away and I'll fix it. Once the order has been shipped, you'll have to place a new order.
